Communication

- Pack away ropes, corner flags and return all gear to storage when required.
Behaviour & Welfare
- Remind parents to be positive supporters — no shouting instructions or negative comments.
- Check in on players after injury or extended absences.
- Contact the Club’s Welfare Officer if you have any concerns.
- Ask parents privately about any medical conditions to ensure player safety.
Compliance

- Report any grievances to the Club’s Safety Officer or Committee.
- Escalate disputes on match day to the Ground Marshal or Committee.
Events
- Book team events via the Team Manager Coordinator.
- Refer to the club calendar for official events and tournaments.
- Notify the Club if your team enters any external tournaments.
Remember: You’re a vital part of keeping things running smoothly and ensuring the kids and families enjoy their soccer experience. Thank you for volunteering your time!
