Notice is given to all members of KNOX UNITED SOCCER CLUB that the Annual General Meeting of the Club for financial year 2023 will be held as follows:

Notice of Motion

Any member may submit a notice of motion that the member wishes to be voted upon at the meeting by sending details of the proposed motion in writing by Email to the Secretary not less than 2 business days before the meeting is to be held. Notices of motion can only be accepted if submitted in accordance with this requirement.
 

Special Resolutions

1. “THAT the of Constitution of Knox United Soccer Club be changed to include provisions for Liquor Licence. Addition of schedule that includes Liquor Licensing provisions (as set out in schedule 1 to the Act see LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SCHEDULE 1 (austlii.edu.au)
    

2. “THAT the Club Constitution be amended to reflect the change to the club’s financial year end date.
    

3. “THAT the Club Constitution be amended to reflect recent changes in Associations Incorporation Reform Regulations 2023

The proposed amendments to the Constitution are available from the Secretary prior to the meeting and will be made available at the meeting.
