2009 registration information

Please download our Registration Policy, Registration Form relevant to you (SSG/Junior or Senior) and FFV Fair Play in Sport Policy below. These documents provide very important information on topics such as what you will need to register, number of teams, fees etc.

Players will be given the opportunity to register with our club for Season 2009. However, in accordance with our Registration Policy & Club Information document, allocation of players to teams will be at the discretion of the club, its coaches and committee.

Please note that Match Days and Training Days will be determined at a later date subject to ground availability and FFV fixturing.

If you cannot attend our Registration Day, please send completed registration forms, photos, proof of ID and cheques/money orders to : Knox United Soccer Club - PO Box 2410, ROWVILLE 3178

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER

New player registrations cannot be accepted if full documentation has not been provided.

• 2 x passport photos
• Original birth certificate/Proof of I.D.
• Payment cheque or cash (refer to fee schedule – as above)
• Completed registration form

Please note if you were registered in 2008 with Knox United,

you are only required to bring:
1 x passport photo, a completed registration form and payment (ie. no proof of age will be required).

Please note if you were registered in 2008 with another club,

you are required to bring:
2 x passport photos, proof of age, a completed registration form,
confirmation of your FFA 8 digit ID and payment.
